The reception desk was amazing. The gentleman greeted me at the boat and carried my 50lb suitcase to the hotel. I was early, so he kept my luggage until my room was ready. He was really kind and asked about me and my trip walking to the hotel. Maria, the manager, walked me to the main area and showed me where the best restaurants were located and gave me a map and told me how to get around in Venice by boat; she also took me to where to buy my boat ticket. My hotel room was very nice, clean and large. The boats were easy to use to go back and forth and it didn't take long to get to main area in Venice. The batteries were out in the TV remote and the reception lady brought me batteries at midnight; something else was needed and she came right away. Lastly, as I was leaving to catch a boat to the train station; a very sweet woman (I hate that I forgot her name; she was so lovely) pulled one of my suitcases and bag to the boat area and stayed with me and assisted me with my luggage. We had a great conversation too! I hate that I didn't have any Euros on me to tip her. I told her that I needed to get some change to tip and she stated not necessary; she didn't expect it. The staff was so lovely; to include, the breakfast lady who filled in at the bar one night. She had a long day. but she was having fun serving me and another couple. Breakfast had a variety of items and was great! I definitely would stay at this hotel again just because of the staff! P.S. The elevator is very fast!

This was the only proper hotel that we stayed in during our Italy trip. The cost and location were very enticing, and we have zero regrets staying here. The hotel was extremely clean, quaint, quiet, and comfortable. It was so nice to stay here for a couple nights in the middle of our trip. It was very easy to use the water bus to get here from the train station and to get to the main island during the day. I also want to specifically shout out the bartender during our stay - he was a true professional and created a drink called the Coco Beach that was absolutely delicious. I did not get his name but the whole experience really made the hotel seem special.

The breakfast was good. The cleanliness was A+++; probably the cleanest hotel we have stayed in. Quite near the Redentore vaperetto stop so easy access to all attractions but away from the heavy tourist traffic in the main island. Very friendly and helpful staff. The air conditioning worked 24/7 which was so welcome given the searing heat and humidity outside. Many great restaurants within walking distance - all with stunning views of the waterfront and vistas of Venice, across the water. So glad we chose this place! Excellent!!

Pleasantly surprised at how clean, bright, and modern it was inside a much older building. Best aspect was location. It’s on the Giudecca which is not in central (noisy and crowded) Venice but just across the water (2-3 stops on the Vaporetto) and much more calm and relaxed. Island still had the feel of Venice without the crowds. Lovely view of a garden space next door and bell’s chiming on the nearby church. Only drawback was the mosquitos but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, modern. I loved the design, the lighting. The hotel staff were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing! Variety of fruit, the usual warm and cold, including prawns, pancakes and the most delicious cakes. To get to the hotel across Venice, we bought 48 hour ticket for the water bus and ended up using it a lot. The night ride around the city was one of the most magical memories. We loved having a cinema in our bedroom. Shower was modern and of high standard.
